We shall see Bronson...for now I'm really happy with the GT4. It will be pretty hard to trade it in when the GT3 arrives and I can't have both. First World problems,I know...

I believe I've read somewhere you are thinking on getting the .2 as well...may I ask : manual or pdk?

Merely rev matching. YouTube is full of these instructional videos as well. However, a level of credibility from Mr. Long, factory driver.

Thanks

Heel and toe should be a minimal skill for anyone attempting to drive a sporty M/T vehicle.

Double-clutching should be a minimal skill for anyone attempting to shift a 911 with a 901/915 gearbox.

Sherwood

Yes, I have my name down, but I'm very undecided at this time. I absolutely love the PDKs, also love MT's. The deal maker might be my wife b/c she can't/won't drive a MT. Hopefully she'll be soooooo busy with our grandchild, she won't care. We shall see.

No disrespect for the wives in our lives, which are so important, but I think they'll live with a nice automatic sedan instead and an expensive purse. It will serve their use much better.
If you don't plan on DD the GT3 and getting stuck in traffic with it,get the manual. You'll love it!

True, Comes natural to most boys. I try to motivate my daughter that is 9. Taking her gokarting as often as I can. Son is 5 and he already drives dirt bike and quad. Feeling pretty safe with him. dde03dde03dde03

I really enjoyed watching Jack and Long in those videos.

Hope to meet Long at Le Mans this year.

Default grand finale

and last but not least, in the finale Patrick Long takes his students to Col D'Aspin, one of the mountain passes used in the old Tour De France motorsport race...

Video Finale was lame in comparison to this film. Here it shows real hard driving.
