Getting prompts to download adware/malware from this site
For the past couple of weeks I periodically get a pop-up save or open file request banner from IE when I access RL. The request is for two specific files: moatad.js and z.moatads.com.
My understanding is that these programs are considered Adware or Malware and are usually associated with compromised sites. I just cancel the request but it's annoying. Interestingly, I have not received this message at any of the other sites I visit with IE except RL.
Just curious if anyone else has been experiencing this.

Mac user. I have my own issues but not virus. I have multiple browsers and when one gives me trouble I switch to other. Might consider Google Chrome to see how it behaves.

I get continuous warnings from McAfee WebAdvisor that it's blocking "potentially dangerous" or "suspicious" sites whenever I'm on Rennlist. I presume some of the content blocked is the malware you're talking about.

Try setting s higher security level on whatever software you are using. Some platforms allow the user to select a security setting. If yours does try that. Also you may wish to run the scanning function of your antivirus. Maybe you picked up a cookie somewhere that calls up such malware.

I get that too, but I don't think it's a malware issue. I do find this site to be buggy though.

I was getting lots of warnings using I.E. My computer finally wouldn't boot up in Windows. Can't prove it was this sight, but finally had to get new computer. Now only use IPad to access this site.
