I'd love to spend a June driving a GT3 or RS around the UK. Hard to think of a better use of time. If we accomplish it, I hope to see Mcx's as I do.

Didn't expect yellow belts together with the red harness but I like it.

I think you might find it difficult getting harnesses that fit the RS in other colours.
But if you do please let me know.

(According to my OPC: Schroth are not allowed to do these harnesses in other colors by Porsche. I hope they are wrong.)

Q: With the other belts does anyone take the stock belts out of the car?

Yes I have heard this too, I need to do some investigation.

Normally I will use the regular belts on the road, harness on track so want to keep both in.

Bold color. Love the black cover. Did they really do a whole unveiling thing for you?

Thanks for the pics MCX.
Is the color change with different light ? in the metal it's more "green blue" like "jade" or "grey blue" ?

Yes, in fluorescent light it looks more blue, like Mexico blue, in sunlight it has a turquoise tint with a little more green in.

I'm not sure this is relevant, but 918 customers had an acid green option. Maybe Porsche can be convinced to try something like this for an RS, via Exclusive.

It is one of the most difficult thing to get but it's finally in my hands.

It is a no cost option on the Weissach car, a $3600 option on the regular 918, but it cost only $879.05 retail according to PMNA. They were the one shipping the harness to me and had to declare value for the cross border shipping.

Can you say holy profit margin?

That is very cool. Sad that P charge 3600 for something that costs them nothing like as much really... even when they are selling a 918.

Get a sense of color change in these photos where car is partially exposed to daylight.
