If you track your 991 GT3, these are a must. The slotted rotor is significantly more durable than the OEM cross-drilled and should provide you with almost 2.5 times the longevity of the OEM holed rotors!

Yes PCCB replacement rotors are available - swap from PCCB to steel
Weight difference ranges, usually approx 1+ lb per less from all iron to our GiroDiscs - but the 991 GT3 has aluminum hats...

Three Wheelin'
I love it...maybe it weighs more than PCCB's, braking feels better/stronger, initial bite definitely better...maybe acceleration at apex is reduced slightly (no data acquisition to confirm),but my PB's have fallen on similar tire set up but added camber so not a true apples to apples.

Hey Craig, a few questions for you. First, is this something a pretty handy guy can DIY? Second, am i understanding this correctly that i can replace my pccb rotors with these rotors, then use the stock calipers and pads (assuming pads are still in good shape)? So all i need are the rotors? And lastly, how long do these last vs pccb for mostly street driving?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Correct. If you can change a wheel you can do this. Then removal of 2 bolts and the caliper slides off.
I'd say avg lifespan is over 2x that of OEM STEEL for track use, so you may factor that in as well.

Changing the rotor is easy; done it this weekend and I never did anything on a car before. Just remember to disengage the parking brake...
