Delphinus Leader has arrived and is docked at Jacksonville. Arrived 20 mins ago. I am excited to have it finally arrive. Now on to logistics to get it to Orlando and then to Houston to what should be a very thankful Thanksgiving!

From the company Porsche uses to ship the cars.

http://www.pwl.de/en Bottom right is a box for you to choose schedules. Scroll to West and East Coast USA and then in the next box select Volkswagen. That will give you the complete shipping schedule for the next 30-days

Well my Slow Boat from Germany GT3 arrived today at Porsche of Orlando. Great experience with them. Next step is to fly in next Friday and drive it home to Houston. Surreal Feeling for sure - should be ready for 9k by the time I get to Houston.

Thanks. I was on the fence for quite some time - after reading the pros and cons and much research I decided i would rather not put anything on it. I can always have the front bumper (main area of concern) repainted down the road for something well-inside the cost from what I can tell. Yellowing which consensus seems to say all wrap products will do over time will require replacement after cumbersome removal etc.. Having said all that - it was not an easy decision and I will sweat road rash a little more and will therefore need to remind myself why IMO not doing the wrap was the right way to go - for me at least.

Several of my cars have had film on them when I got them. Most of my cars have not. I guess it just depends on how OCD you are, how many miles you are going to put on them and under what conditions. I personally would rather not have it on my car and I really don't want them taking all the trim off my brand new car so that the edges don't show.
