I'm getting a Stand 21 helmet of choice which I could have painted the way I want it. But since I'm a guy with no imagination and a white car I've choose this:
I'm not sure if I will get the helmet case. The helmet will be ready in a couple of weeks - then I'll know.
I don't expect to get anything other than a bill when mine finally gets here in mid-Feb. I probably would've received a handshake and a picture taken with my own phone if I didn't move to another state and now need to coordinate my own transport.

The Porsche dealer. Very nice of them. Especially since I could choose whatever Stand 21 helmet I wanted and have it custom painted. Stand 21 even got pictures of my head from various angles so they could build perfect lining.
