sorry for another build question guys but I have to lock in my '16 GT3 allocation shortly.
I have not spec'd out the Sport Chron/ track app option because I don't really like the wart and I've literally never used it on my RS. It also sounds like the app itself is nothing special.
Would not having a sport chron be a big deal to any of you?
The rest is:
Agate
Blk wheels
FAL
LWB
Leather stitching in Plat
Red seat belts
ext range tank
sound plus
smoking pkg
sirius sat/ nav
brushed alum int pkg, anthracite
bi-xenon in blk
headlight cleaning nips in ext color
I deliberately didn't spec PCCB. Did I miss any must-have's?
Thanks, it's like picking out my xmas list, good fun.

I like the Track App.
So, yes, not having it would be a big deal for me.
But admittedly I'm in the minority here.
Congrats on the car.

I like the looks of the chrono and ordered it on my RS though not sure if I will use the app or not. If I'm buying a new or used RS off the lot, not having it on that car would not be a deal breaker.

I think it just comes down to if you like how it looks on the dash. Forget about function, I, personally, like how it looks knowing it would not mean anything when it comes time to sell. It is just an expensive clock but for me but it worked.

Dislike the look (an analog clock ruining the lines of the dash), and the app sounds like it has its issues. I went without for my '16 and am happy about it. If the app gets developed further then I might explore a retrofit (have heard it is possible.)

Thanks for all the feedback. You bring up a good question- red stitching or platinum? I haven't seen the red in person but seems like it may be a little much. I thought the plat may be subtle and the belts would be a little bling to match the calipers. Thoughts?

Red stitching is incredible on black leather. I had red belts too but I think they could be too much for some. That said, I will have yellow belts on the RS (with yellow chrono)!

I think you need to having something else in the interior to match the red belts - red trim, gauges, or stitching, otherwise I think it looks a little out of place. I had a grey 911 turbo with red belts and stitching and it looked great. I have seen a grey 991 gt3 with this combo and liked it.

Personally, I think the chrono completes the look of the dash and so I ordered in on my car, and have no regrets.
For your preferences I would dump the chrono and spending money on something else. Chrono clock will not affect resale, and there are much better and cheaper track timers available aftermarket.
Agree with the above posters in that the red stitching looks fantastic on this car and really compliments the red seat belts. Red stitching looks particularly good with the LWBs. Everyone has personal preferences, but in general red stitching on LWBs will help resale. Plus it just says "race car". Get the red stitching!
If you're uncertain ask if you can look at a local GT3 with red stitching. I'm sure a Texas rennlister can help you out.

No to SC, and on agate, no to red stitch. It's of course personal pref but for me agate, black leather, plat stitching, perfect!
