I just got a viper TA, had a 991GTS, used to have a .2 GT3. It's a whole different animal. As long as you don't expect the solid feel and refinement of the Porsche you'll be ok. It's ****ing RAW, loud inside, you hear the engine inside the cabin a lot. Feels a bit old school American and the long hood take adjustment to. But one u start driving it wow! It's a monster. The power, the steering a very sharp and responsive, very. Will take it to the track soon.
The Viper is in a different league compared to the 991 RS. It's just way more faster on the track,a monster. Here is Randy Pobst at Motorsport Park recently, and this isn't even the ACR.
3392 lbs from what I found. Much lighter than a Z06. There is also a head/cam package developed that gets you somewhere around 740hp.
That's not bad. 740hp NA car with extreme aero...interesting.

How refreshing that you can get any color that you want. I can pick up a VIPER ACR for what an RS premium is. No brainer. How hard is it to get an ACR? Same BS to deal with as getting RS?

About as hard as calling the bank and wiring the money!
For less than the price of an RS at today's 100k over, you can have a new GT3 and ACR. You have to be totally mental to go for the RS.
I am thinking F an RS, too. It won't run with the ACR, anyway, on track I suspect and consumables will be cheaper. And I like the old school transmission. I've owned many Vipers but have not bought a new one in many years.

Any color that you can conceive can be done. Better yet is that all new Vipers are painted at Prefix Coatings and they are the best in the production car business.
