Here's a review from the horses mouth...the car itself...

http://www.autoevolution.com/news/in...ce-100939.html

The corvette looks comparos...who cares ? It's not a vette...the F12 design has been out since 2012....the basis for this car.

Just to set the record straight. The Z06 looks like the F12, not the other way around. The F12 was out way before and I commend Chevrolet for trying to mimic a beautiful car.

Just for accuracy sake... It started with the 550 maranello which looked just like a c5 corvette... Corvette came first ;-)

But fun and games aside... I don't see anywhere in the article where it says that the rear steering is NOT an electrical system.. What else could it be... ?

A friend of mine already ordered his. He was invited to see it in Italy more than a month ago.

with the wheels off of a 997 GT3

Gorgeous car none the less and I imagine it'll sound amazing with those 12 cylinders at full song!

No one that is on the rather exclusive list to get one at dealers will care about price.....

599GTO was 500k. this will be more for sure although if they really are making 798 of them that is twice what they should be making. I inquired locally and was told by the guy who owns 3 out of the 5 ferrari dealers in a 500 mile radius that it had higher demand than the LaF and "would be made in less quantity" but either way it's a billion horsepower NA v12 so it will be awesome.

The f12 already had too much horsepower to use it properly (unless drifting and power on oversteer are the only driving dynamics desired).

are there other driving dynamics possible?? get me sideways and I'm happy but you are right, nobody needs 700hp.

my nsx is the best driving car I have owned outside of the 997GT3RS.

mid engined, light weight, super low C of G, 371RWHP lots of torque and minimum creature comforts and zero nannies in the way.

I love it. One of the best looking Ferraris ever made in my opinion. Too bad I'll likely never own one.

I agree. Super special car...as far as those who say you cant use 770hp on the street, I say you cant use 475 ala GT3 nor 570 ala 458. It's all about the fast journey to the speed limit you choose.
