As we've pretty much reached our accommodation/participant limit, joining the group is now on a first come first serve basis and only those who have confirmed resort accommodations are the guaranteed participants.

Just an update.
- We have a total of 45 participants all with booked rooms at the resort
- Majority coming with wives/partners
- Atlanta - Thursday April 14th hotel block is now open with info here (login required) Smokies GT3 Spring 2016
- anyone wanting to join should email: organizers@gt3revs.com
- Transporters for cars from the northeast, north, and FL being organized by participants and spots are still open
- Detailed itinerary being finalized and will be distributed ASAP
- A few extra spots have been made available
- There have been many who've asked about sponsorship etc. best to send an email with your proposal: organizers@gt3revs.com
- We will be supporting a charity - details being worked on

Just an update, 49 Porsche GT(3,4,RS,918) cars are confirmed and booked into our resort for the Smokies Spring 2016 event on April 15-17 !
The solitary 50th spot remains. After that it's on a case by case basis and subject to cancellations, hotel issues, etc.
To all those who are participating, a big thank you for your prompt actions. To those on the fence, it's going to be a spectacular event with great people, lots of camaraderie, and a terrific venue and roads.
For those who are worried about the long drive to the event, groups from the NE, N, and FL are working out transporter details etc.

I am working with Exotic Car Transport and they have given us a price of $1000 per vehicle. This is round trip and need to fill the truck for this price. (6 vehicles)

We have a Karting event, a track day and some awesome drives planned. We are also working on a spectacular surprise event for Saturday morning. Can't let the cat out of the bag yet though.
