Classy of Porsche and the dealer. IMO that is just absolutely irresponsible for a 200K car. No communication? No solution at all? Sorry to hear..

If it was on your build sheet I would call PNA and raise hell. I would also tell them how you are being treated. Maybe they can get to the bottom of this.

All I know is that any change I have made to my incoming GT4 I had to sign the new build sheet for verification which I like that process. This way there can be no mistakes(I hope)

Buckets are standard on the RS (unlike the GT3) so I don't think they would show up on the build sheet.

AFAIK,the bucket seats are standard on the RS. You don't have to add anything from the option list. If you don't specify differently, you will get buckets.
I just don't see Porsche screwing it up at the factory. And even though there was a shortage at some point, they would never intentionally switch seats to some of their best customers that buy an RS. They might advise some of their other customers that buy a GT4 for example, that the buckets are not available or are delayed, but not an RS customer.

I would raise holy hell. Please tell us who is great LA dealer is. It won't be shocking to hear it's Beverly Hills or Auto Gallery. Don't give up on the fight.

Take them to small claims court. These seats sell used for $10k or more. You got cheated, no doubt about it.

I would too. The squeaky wheel gets greased in a situation like this.
