The BBi roll bar install was a breeze for ABUFFANDBEYOND.

The quality, fit and finish of the BBi bar is fantastic. Could not be more pleased.

So my roll bar has started making a metallic ping noise when I go over bumps or when weight shifts to the rear of the car upon acceleration. I assume is because the chassis is flexing a bit and the cage is moving. I'll try tightening down everything. But is there a way to prevent this in the future?

The bar isn't painted/coated in the joints. I'll try tightening everything down but I won't be able to get to the frame mounts without pulling all the carpet and insulation out again.
