Default Brembo 2 Piece Brake upgrade kit.

Brembo 2 Piece Rotors direct OEM replacement.
$3790.00 for the set or $1895.00 per axle

BENEFITS OF BREMBO 2-PIECE DISC UPGRADES:

OEM INTEGRATION: Brembo 2-piece disc upgrades are designed to work seamlessly with the OE calipers and systems (manufactured by Brembo for Porsche). This guarantees the utmost in safety and seamless fitment.

LIGHTWEIGHT: Disc assemblies include an outer iron disc with aluminum bell/hat and provide decreased corner weights to improve vehicle dynamics including handling, acceleration, and braking.

TYPE III SLOT PATTERN: Extensively used in professional motorsports, the Type III slot pattern offers a high initial response with excellent release characteristics.

HIGH THERMAL CAPACITY: Greatly improved thermal capacity and heat management over OE discs and other aftermarket discs in the market. This also improves braking performance and allows for greater longevity of the components.

FRICTION MATERIALS: Everything we learn by supporting top professional racing teams throughout the world goes into selecting the best brake pad options for all levels of street, track and racing use.

PACKAGES INCLUDE:

Outer Brembo discs (qty 2)
6061 T6 aluminum (machined from billet), hard anodized bell/hat
Complete Brembo disc hardware (D-type bobbin) w/ anti-rattle springs. (Full Floating Option Available Upon Request

Why choose a Brembo Disc over other manufacturers? Let us explain to you the reasons why we chose Brembo and Race Technologies as strategic partners and why you should choose them as well.

- Brembo offers dedicated 2 piece lightweight sprint or heavy duty endurance package disc assemblies for the 991 GT3 which work with the factory calipers.

- Brembo offers brake package solutions for a wide array of manufacturers and models, as well as options for different applications.

- The same Brembo Racing discs, disc castings, and brake technology used every race weekend in the FIA WEC, TUDOR United Sportscar Championship, IMSA Continental Tire series, and Pirelli World Challenge carries through to the products Brembo developed for high performance and track day products.

- Brembo Racing Type III and Type V motorsport disc face types (slot types) are actively used in professional racing. Different face types can be used by professional teams to fine tune braking characteristics for the right type of friction, driver, track or race distance.

- Brembo is the current technical partner to Porsche Motorsport on the 911 (991) RSR and 919 Hybrid. These are factory run efforts where the emphasis is on performance versus simply choosing products simply based on lower costs or pre-existing relationships.

- Brembo discs do integrate with the factory parking brake and function like the stock discs.

- Comparable pricing on our Brembo Racing 2 piece disc assemblies to other market options.

- Range of friction materials (dual purpose street/track and dedicated endurance race options) offered thru Race Technologies to complement the Brembo disc assemblies.

Available as type 2 sprint and type 5 endurance version.
Disc rings are available separately upon request. Replacing just the rings is actually cheaper than buying new OEM Rotors.

For the record..... PFC does not currently make a rotor for the 991 GT3 street car but all the brake components are stock on the 991 GT3 Cup Cars.

Why not?
Weird.

You'd think they make a kit to put CUP brakes on street cars.
But they also have a fixed bridge design unfortunately.

Here we are talking about the factory replacement for the 991 GT3 380-34 front and 380-20 in the rear.

Peter,
Makes absolutely no sense to me either. When I have asked them directly the answer I am given is "We can't make brakes for all cars". ?????( I am sure this is a "canned" answer directly from the owner.")
Keep in mind this is the same company that never made rear hats for the 996/997street GT3...only the Cup Car.
They also still have no brake pads or rotors for the 991 C2/C4 and nothing in the works to get them made.
You will never see any of the Cup Car brake stuff on the street GT3 in the forseeable future. Porsche for the time being controls the inventory of calipers rotors etc. They are sold to no one else.

I purchased GiroDisc 410mm/390mm rotors from Clark for my GT4. So far no issues.

I like them. Not much of a difference. Maybe a little more pedal pressure but I have a set of Ferrodo DS2500s in at the moment. I'll switch to DS1.11 next. As to weight, I couldn't tell.
