Default rattling noise, only at low speed

I am well used to our car having so much noises, but recently something different caught my ear. Only at low speed like 10-15 mph, I hear rattling noise that sounds like plastic knocking on something from the right front wheel. Removed all the plastics that can be removed from the hood including the electric tire air pump device (which I didn't know exist and that can be plugged into our cigarette lighter). Noise still persisted... Any idea? (it's not the gasoline cap..) Thanks
