This is what i did when i wrapped my car was not sure if i wanted black accents in matte or in gloss so i made 1 side matte and the other gloss then decided but i decided in person as it was difficult in a pic to decide between the 2
Good idea! Will do that! Thanks!

First of all, congrat Asco. Love the UV. As far as the side decals go, go with your first plan.

Thanks Bronson! Have to wait another two weeks to see the car in person and finally drive it!

Asco, lovely car, congratulations!
See it in person and if you don't like it change it as you originally wanted it. It's all subjective of course but my preference on the RS is for understated decals.

Thanks Haku! The detailer will change them tomorrow. The large decal is not something I am big fan of...

Asco, I didn't mean to throw a spanner in the works mate!

The wrap is cool but why is there a tree planted on the hood? At least it has been properly braced.

Is that regulation for a new "green" racing series?

Not at all! There was a reason I specifically ordered the smaller ones I just can't understand how the managed to mess it up as sample pics were sent.. But I just recently read somewhere on rennlist that someone else had some issues with cxx too (in my case luckily its easily changeable)..

Looks really good without the wing! Maybe someone is already building a proper ducktail for an RS as I would get one for sure

I had hopes of having end plates made for our cars months ago but the process with the local carbon company is dragging on with scheduling issues and at a stand still.

I requested for the small ones a la GT2 RS style that are in the lower front corners of the doors. Car just arrived at the detailer and thinking of replacing the side decals with the ones I originally wanted...
^Where would you get the 'GT2' style side decals?
I am looking for that style in 'RS 4.0' for the doors and engine lid.
Any help appreciated!
Thx!

Just find a local vinyl shop that does wraps and clear bra work and they can knock it out for you. Or order them online and apply them yourself. A decal that small will take you a few minutes on each side.

Exactly as Sleepy mentioned. The guys who are going to wrap my car will make them in a few different sizes and i'll see which one fits best. I just googled a pic of a 997 GT2 RS and will go according to the proportions of that one. I'll have pics this week and will let you know the details if needed. You can shoot me a PM
