Normal red tail lights are $1,120 on Suncoast for a pair
The site is deceptive, because the clear lights the new "RS" tinted versions come as a set, but the standard reds are individual. That means that the RS versions are only an extra $230 for the set.
As someone who bought a car off the lot with clears, I'm guessing the reason that the clears are so cheap is that nobody wants them.
