Our piston sizing criteria is based on a common practice for when a car stops, regardless of it static weight distribution, the force dynamic is always leaning toward the front.
Another observation proven consistent is the front rotor is always larger the the rear, expecting front to dissipate more heat energy than the rear - Any time, all the time.
So far we have seen two OE set up where the rear rotor is larger (in diameter) than front:
Acura NSX (97-05)
Front: 298x28
Rear: 303x23
CamaroSS
Front: 355x32
Rear: 365x28
Their rear are larger (in diameter) but volume wise the front is still bigger than the rear.
Here's a 3rd one
'78-89 930
Front: 304
Rear: 309
but the bigger front pistons make up for the rotor to give a f/r brake torque bias of ~1.58

A quick calculation - The front and rear has a ratio of ~ 62/38 %, and from your table, the front rotor although is smaller in dia, but again is 32mm thk vs. rear's 28mm.
Sharing with you are some pictures for complete RB CCM brake kit installation posted on GT-R forum. These RB calipers are made for direct replacement to OE Brembo calipers (6 pot front and 4 pot rear).

If RB brake kits do not improve the performance, facilitate easy and low maintenance, durability, or even the look vs. your OE or other aftermarket set up.

I was one of the prepurchasers of the Racing Brake package for CBA GTR's. As many of you know, I value my brakes. I'm very hard on them. So far, with the stock OEM calipers my problems have included....
1. Poor cooling properties
2. Tapering top to bottom on pads
3. Tapering front to back on pads
4. Burnt dust seals
5. Separated two piece pistons
6. Easily chipped surface
7. Uneven color due to heat
While these problems aren't ALL common, Problems #4, #6, and #1 are VERY common for anyone who tracks the GT-R.
That being said, I was convinced that the new Racing Brake caliper would be a worthwhile investment...

If these common problems sound familiar to you then you should serious consider this "Caliper Replacement" option for your Porsche.
We know this replacement caliper is unprecedented, nor is common, but we only make the same offer for GTR and Porsche only, because we realize Porsche track enthusiasts demand the best out of the best (undoubtedly Porsche has the best OE brake).

The brake pads used in our calipers are lot cheaper and abundantly available in compound and suppliers (most common pads in today's' motorsports car) than Porsche GT3
You can use either Corvette ZR1 or Nissan GTR (Same as CTS-V, Merceds C63) pads.
Both set up have the same pad width, except the height on ZR1 is taller than GTR.
RB front replacement calipers are made to the same exact mounting pcd and offset as pccb calipers (@225mm) for an easy and direct swap.
Our calipers use the same brake pads as Corvette ZR1 and Ferrari F430 Scuderia & F458 - The most common brake pad shape for CCM rotors, so by swapping to RB calipers you can source the replacement pads from GM dealers/Amazon or other pad mfgrs for your preferred compound and save a lot of money down the road than OE pads and dealing with Porsche dealers or Pagid.
The caliper kit also comes with stainless steel brake line exclusively developed by RB, replacing OE's rubber line and rigid steel line for an easy & less frustrated brake job.
Other than those 'side' benefits mentioned above, the prime advantage is RB's open top design vs. OE's close top which can make your monitoring pad wear, and replacement need easier than OE, and that our calipers will not cause damage to your wheels like OE caliper discussed in this thread.
I presume you mean Turbo S (not Carrera S), if so all the brake options presented for GT3 are also applicable to Turbo S.
Per our understanding, the default brake for Turbo S is pccb, so you can either convert it to our Iron Rotors, upgrade to RB/ST CCM-X rotors, or for a complete brake system upgrade including RB calipers.
