just did a little further research on this topic. what i see in your pic looks more like wrinkling, than wear.
i have the exact same thing on my left side bolster.
im thinking about using a heat gun or hot towels. like in this video.
even though hes using it to remove indentations, i would think it might work similarly for wrinkles??? its starting to really bug me.
and in this one he uses the hot towels...
