Default Front trunk capacity of the 991 RS?

Does anyone know how it compares to the normal 991 and the GT3?..assuming 90 litre tank.

Thanks.

The 991 GT3 and 991 C4 share the same body shell so they have the same frunk capacity.

The 991 GT3RS shares a body shell with the new TT, right? So my guess is that all else being equal, they also share the same frunk size.

The fuel tank size probably doesn't matter. In the GT3 the larger tank uses the space of the C4's deleted AWD components. I'll bet it's the same with the RS and the TT.

Educated guesswork on my part, but I'd be willing to place a small wager it's correct. FWIW.

Default Is there any downside to the larger gas tank in the GT3RS

It's free and more is generally better, so why not order it?

Does it make the Frunk smaller? Seems like it won't based on responses in this thread.

Does it add weight? Not much. A couple of pounds at most for the extra tank wall, right?

Does it create more "slosh" of gas in track conditions?

Does it require more gas in the tank in track conditions?

I currently run 6-7 gallons for a 20-30 minute track session.

The plus would be that for road trips you stop less frequently and around town you fill up less frequently, but this are minor benefits, so if there are negatives I am curious to here them.

I ordered it. I can't really see a downside.

You answered some of your own questions.....correctly.

For autocross, I carry 1/3 or less of the 90L tank. With all of the tight turns and violent changes of direction it could be argued that autox might cause more of a problem with sloshing than being on track, but I've never had a problem with fuel starvation. I highly doubt you will have an issue.

I can't see a downside to getting the larger tank.

According to the Configurator both cars have a luggage compartment volume of 125 liters.
