I got a call from a dealer stating that he MAY be able to get me a buildable RS slot in March for summer delivery at msrp. He only wants a signed buyers order and 1k deposit so nothing to lose on my end. I want to trade in my '15 GT3 for the RS, but he cannot give me a price on trade since it will be months ahead and he "doesn't know how the market will be for a GT3." I am sure they are gonna gouge me on my trade when the RS arrives or else cancel your delivery of the RS...
Another dealer told me 25-50k above msrp will get me a slot, so I passed with that dealer.

That and I would lose the tax credit on the GT3 which may be more than the trade offer vs selling it on my own. Will check if I can go through the dealer on the sale of my car if I decide to sell it myself and use the tax credit for the new car.
Nate, what will you do with your GT3 when your RS arrives at dealer? Have they given you a trade value on your car?
Curious what others will do when their RS arrives and want to trade/sell their GT3...

I can carry both cars, but my wife will kill me for having "2 of the same cars." She already says "why would you order the same car for more money?"

My wife understands the difference between the two which helps at least! She's also more excited than me about adding a GT4 - she was driving an S2000 12 years ago when we met so likes small MT cars.

I just signed a purchase order for my dealer's first GT3 RS. I got hit for an extra $10K over MSRP but I figured the car is worth an extra $10K. I would appreciate any suggestions on the color and options. I am leaning towards Mexico blue or Riviera blue.
