That's pretty awesome, congrats to you both! You know a car is real good when you're willing to buy 2 of them.
My new goal is to get my wife a 911 so we can both enjoy them. Won't be on the GT3 level but I thought a nice 997.2 PDK C4S would be a nice car for her and look neat sitting next to my old 997 6 speed.
The dark blue really does look good, I have not seen one in that color so I would think it's rare which makes it even more special than it already is. Your wife must be a really neat person, there is no way my wife would want my Gt3 in fact when I got it I said once it's broken in I want her to drive it because she drives like bat out of hell usually and I know would enjoy it. She looked at me and said no thanks cuz she knows how picky I am she is afraid something will happen, we are not over the breakin yet so will we see. She does appreciate fast cars she had an M5 years ago and loved it.
Nice, dueling 991 GT3s! Our his/her (Food Angel here on RL) GT3s are 991 / 997. The guys at the firehouse are pretty jealous of the wife's 997 (note First Aid Squad plate addition, she's an EMT in town).
As you can tell, my wife enjoys working stick and a hard ride (compared to the relative comfort of the 991 GT3, of course...).

Don't know how we resurrect these old threads but just felt I had to say I'm glad the Doc added the comment in parenthesis. Otherwise it might have been a bit to much information for the forum!!
