A lot.
It would probably be best to see if you could swap for a Clubsport car. There are a couple for sale and i'm tempted to do the same. I took a cancelled order so had no choice over the spec.

Here in the UK it appears as the bucket seats were rarely optioned.
My guess is 25-35% of cars only so the std seat is by far the preferred choice from new in UK.
Lots of owners have bought delivery mileage cars at a premium over list (as high as 40% over invoice now on some cars) and therefore did not have ultimate choice on spec so it is not entirely unreasonable to think that someone has a car with buckets and they are never going to track it and would prefer the comfort of the std seat.
My guess is 25-35% of cars only so the std seat is by far the preferred choice from new in UK.

Bothers me that I cannot tilt the whole seat as I don't like a position that is too upright.

Don't buy OE seats.
here is what I put in my Gt3, they are by far the best buckets I have ever sat in, very comfortable and extremely supportive at a fraction of OE price.

Really - I thought at least a third were ClubSport cars and I'm sure there are plenty of non-CS cars with buckets.
