Just removed the screw and the piece is still on there somehow. Can't seem to get it free enough to clip back in place properly. Must be other screws. Will continue to try.

I have the lower section free and unclipped from that side, but I think I might need to remove the vertical section. I can't figure out how to remove that top part?

Edit. Got the whole front section off the car. The good side goes back together with no effort. It appears to have a couple broken clips on the side that does not fit correctly. And, it might be slightly asymmetrical which might have been why a clip was broken while trying to install or re-install it. I need a new piece.
