Quick help please. What is fair price on used 2014 GT3?

While I agree a car that is six months old or more with some miles on it should be discounted from the original MSRP, to claim that that the discount should be 10-15% is unreasonable. There are very few of these cars and the last of a breed. Only those desperate to sell would give away the car at fire sale prices.
I'm an owner, don't get me wrong, I'm not looking to sell mine now, but if I can get out of it when it's 6 months old and only be down $20k ('15 with LWBs), I'll be happy.
GT3s aren't that limited and there a lot of new '15s available and more on their way.
In 6 months, the car is yesterdays star and forgotten about by the media.

Soon after the remainder of 2015's have been delivered, I predict we'll see far less used examples available. End of the day, this is still a
low production car. Same thing happened with the .2 3/RS. Even before the iconic Mezger/Manual gearbox became sought after, these cars were in short supply.
The 991 GT3 doesn't really fit in the 'latest and greatest' box, imho. It is the latest and greatness, but it's not one trick pony.

And I'll add many GT3 owners will not be RS buyers as they are not hard core trackers. RS will probably (TBD) not be anywhere close to a DD. After the 918 crew strip what they want, then the pure track guys will be fighting for the RS allocations.
The rest of us will be enjoying the best of both worlds...well at least I will

It's pretty much a given that I'm going to trade/sell my GT3. My back pocket hopes you guys are correct

People keep claiming this, but your car not selling seems to support the counter point, no?

FWIW, I have listed for $140,000. In the past couple of days I have been driving it and each minute in the car tells me not to give it up. Presently, I am very hesitant to sell it.
That said, if the price is right I would consider.
