I also received a free routine service contract for the life of the warranty, but that was based on problems with my previous 991S's PDK which they were never able to resolve. Porsche offered the contract on my next car, which I'm now happy to collect.

I received one in the mail from PCNA.

The cover letter was from the dealer. The certification is a PCNA document listing MY, VIN, engine type, choices, options, price, etc.
