Fun w/personalized plates

Well, for me it's easy to remember

Wow, you guys in Texas can get all kinds of colors. I love this red and the black with white lettering like Sam's. I've been thinking of converting my plate to the CA vintage black with yellow, but I'm not sure it about the look.

9K rpm references don't do it for me. Ferrari was there first.
I am seriously considering PORCPNE so some people may believe the ****** are on the outside. Or if I sell a car move my most obnoxious of plates over.

Now THAT is definitely slick. Love it. BTW, you can pick your plate up before the car arrives. Even at the DMV, some employees don't know that. All you need to do is to sign an affidavit that you won't put it on any car until you register that car with the plate.

Interesting thread. I think that a personalized license plate should not repeat the make model of the car, it should not be in your face, should not shout bragging rights, and it should be stealthy and hard to comprehend. Many posted here fail one or all of those characteristics. But those tenets are mine, YMMV.

well, for that matter, so did the Honda S2000 back in the day... but still pretty rarified air... :-)
