Is Gulf Blue the same color used by VW on the Beetle? Looks very similar and sharing paints would keep costs down for PAG/VAG. Whether it is or isn't, I think it looks amazing on the GT3. Congrats Conekiller!

I just saw one of these on the weekend and the Denim Blue is not even close to Gulf Blue. Denim Blue have more purple undertones...

I think that for me - I would have to do some "Gulf Orange" accents on it somehow. Maybe in a wrap so that it could be removed if it didn't work out down the road.
Gulf Blue is such a special color, and the silver wheels really pop.
I'm surprised more people didn't order the silver wheel option -- better for those of us who did! My white GT3 just hitched a ride on the Glovis Courage today. Woo hoo.
