Default Made the switch

After a whopping 3 months with my previous newly acquired C2S, I couldn't resist and broke down and bought the stunningly beautiful GT3.

I ordered the final build slot from my dealer with a delivery in Jan/Feb '15. I specificed White, Leather, Red Stitching, Lift, LW Buckets and some other stuff. Content to wait until the new year, I sat back happy as a pig in the dark stuff.

However, I recently stopped by the dealer and lo and behold, there sitting in the dealership is a white '15 with some of the options I desired minus the Buckets and the Lift. Why put off tomorrow, what you can buy today, I thought. So i decided to pull the trigger and go ahead.

In all likelihood, I will probably "switch" it out for the one I have on order for early next year but at least I get to enjoy it in the interim. In all fairness, I wouldn't have ordered the black wheels but they are growing on me.

I managed to take some pictures this evening in the setting sun, hence the slight warm color tones to the Metallic White.

On a separate note, thanks to all that have helped with my decision making. There is an amazing amount of knowledge on the forum and I look forward to contributing

Great move, car is gorgeous!!

I've always hated black wheels until I saw a Rhodium Silver GT3 with black wheels, fell in love and ordered one immediately. The white and black just look terrific on this car.

Looks like you have Dunlops. Please tell us how they are - likes/dislikes. Guess you'll let us know after some seat time. ENJOY!!

Drive in good health always!!

Thanks Ken.

I was the same with the black wheels initially, but they do look better in the flesh than i anticipated

My C2S was Rhodium Silver with Satin wheels. picture below. I loved that combination.

Tough to give opinion on Dunlops at the moment. It was 38 Degrees here today!

C2S is also gorgeous! However, with the GT3 the black wheels give it some "attitude" as another poster had mentioned about these cars with black wheels.

Just be careful in how the center locks are washed. Only soap and water, anything else might remove the finish. This was told to me by 2 different dealers and I actually saw one that was damagaed by wheel cleaner. Guess the centerlock has some sort of "weak" finish on them.
