Season is winding down up here, so I figured I'd play hooky from work today and take advantage of the nice weather and go for a little (300+ mile) drive in the mountains. Of course, I brought camera and drone along - just in case.

I recognize some of the roads. Banks to Lowman and left to Stanley. Can you share your route?

It really was a perfect day. Virtually no one out there, great light for photos, recent snow on the Sawtooths, and the two times I did see the Sheriff, I had needed to slow down for other reasons anyway - so I’m not in jail like I should be.

Went out on a Rocky's run. Friends F40 is 35 years old and I had a hella time chasing him down!

I drove my GT3 on some of those roads (Sun Valley to Boise) a few years ago and it was epic! Great photos!!!
