Sounds to me like a somewhat blurry line in the sand from PAG. By putting in these sorts of features (wing bigger than RSR according to autogespot, more aero and downforce which is probably only relevant at significant (not street legal) speed, pit limiter, who knows maybe even shift lights?, etc) they're trying to state as emphatically as possible that this RS is a race car, aligned more with the Cup, than with the now suburban-friendlier GT3, even if it will be legal to drive the 991 RS to Costco! On the other hand, 21" center lock wheels, leather interior (I'd be shocked if this is not an option), lack of club sport option in North America (ok, so not technically PAG's doing), etc seem to be at odds with this arc towards trackability. It will be interesting to see what the official marketing will say and what the specs will reveal about the car.
