Default '15 GT3 allocation available - Los Angeles

Rusnak/Pasadena has a changeable spot (maybe two) available. @ MSRP. Would prefer a local Angeleno buyer. Please PM me for information.

Check the thread on the topic. Seems they misrepresented the MSRP and are asking over. Sneaky.

they've had this 1-2 for at least 2 weeks, i have gotten multiple emails from them, and i dont live in LA. it's karma they can't sell them when before they were asking for over MSRP

Damn, I'm dealing with their GM and he gave me MSRP from the start. The only potential issue is financing where he said that the finance department has to markup... Well, I'll most likely be bringing in my own financing then.

My dealings with Jason and Fred at Rusnak Pasadena have been all good. MSRP from the start ---and I'm a first time customer there.

here is an email they sent me in Aug:

Thank you for contacting Rusnak/Pasadena Porsche. My name is Andreas Treutler, the Internet Sales Manager, and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your request.

I do have an allocation available for October production which would get you the car by December. The order is still changable to your specifications, should you prefer to do so. My managment is asking for $20,000 over MSRP. Please let me know if you'd like to secure this car.

Feel free to e-mail me or call me directly at (626) 229-2502 with any questions or to set up an appointment.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to speaking with you soon.

I wouldn't classify myself as gullible - just have better things to do than read in detail every email that hits my inbox.

Ever hear the term "trust but verify"? Especially when it comes to car dealers.

I would like to clarify the 2015 GT3 situation as it pertains to Beverly Hills Porsche. For any GT3 that arrives before January 1st we are indeed getting slightly over MSRP simply due to the economics of supply and demand however, if you live in the Los Angeles area and can wait for delivery in February, I am able to custom order you a new GT3 built to your specs for only MSRP. I only have a few allocation spots left that are "changeable and editable". You can call me direct at 310-481-8112 if you want one. Thank you

If that were true, they should be BELOW MSRP. I see 31 'used' GT3's just on Cars.com now. Seems like a pretty healthy supply for a niche specialty car. They have been there for a while too, not much demand, particularly at the asking prices. Back to Econ 101.

I think many of the 'must have the latest and greatest' crowd have already moved on. Too much early hype followed by no cars for almost a year. They have been fooled once, not getting fooled again!

Ray hit the nail on the head.

I'm sure there are a couple of fellows here on Rennlist that know within 3-4 cars how many of the 2014, cars on the ground, GT3 owners there are here active in the forum.

That's just the enthusiasts who want to hop online and talk about the cars. There are many other GT3 owners who own these cars and just call it the Porsche in their garage. Those are also most of the guys who have moved on because the short sale and other delays or their "friend" told them if they drive it, it will burn up.

You may see some used cars listed online but I am not selling a used 2014...I am selling a brand new 2015 and there are no used 2015's listed for sale with a MSRP as low as mine...hence my supply/demand comment.
