rockitman - I recommend a Pro.. Preparation is the key and that is what takes up 75% of the time and most crucial aspect to the procedure. I did Cquartz but I garage queen my car and store it for the Winter. Opti-coat even more extreme and for the DD year-round probably the better choice.

Just realized. There's metal,
then paint to protect the metal,
then clear-coat to protect the paint,
then clear-bra to protect the clear-coat,
then opti-coat to protect the clear-bra.
What's protecting the opti-coat?

Awesome color my jet black 2015 is due to arrive Friday. Sno tires and Mylar and opticoat for me are a must as I'm in the snow territory. Thank you so much for the pics mine is all blacked out removed all interior aluminum for leather and went for black headlights. I promise to post pics when it's in . As far as I know I'm the first 15 to show up here. Been waiting a long time. Never faltered never fretted over color for me it's always been black
