The occasional PCCB on the track is okay. Too much track time will wear out PCCBs and they are expensive to replace. Most people who track use steel. The advantage of PCCB to us non-professionals is minimal. If car is to be predominantly street, I would recommend PCCB. Brakes will almost never need replacement and there is no brake dust, a huge advantage.

For the love of all that is good, do not choose your calipers based on what color better matches your exterior paint. Get the calipers that best suit your driving needs and then have them coated/painted if you want to adjust the look.

+1.

PCCB if you really car about lower unsprung weight / not having break dust and don't care about cost for replacement which is, a lot.

Steel if you care about having equal performance, don't mind dust and expect to have the car long enough that replacement costs matter.

Dan (chose steel and where color is just show v go or in this case, stop)

lots of pages in this thread, but for what its worth, my two elementary aged boys LOVE the gt3... sure, they can only ride once at a time, but oh what a ride... and oh what bonding time with them each individually....

I only have one. Still in grade school but will be our slow cruising summer bonding time. My wife will drive behind us as our security details.
