I ordered August, '13 for 2nd qtr delivery. The car left the factory Sept '14 and my dealer received notice it would be delivered on or about Oct. 24. Porsche National called me yesterday from Atlanta saying the car would be delivered late Nov or early Dec. what gives? 14 months and counting! Frustration building!

Mine hits the Houston Ship Channel Oct 24. We may be on the same ship. Mine came out of production September 19.

Yours would have to be on the same ship as mine. ETA Houston Ship Channel October 24. Only difference is transport from Houston to Oklahoma. Mine is scheduled to arrive to the Houston dealership Oct 31. So you should get yours a few days after that.

Porsche called me while I was working/volunteer, at the PCA Club races at Hallet. I missed driving last yr and this weekend as I traded my car Aug, '13 per the dealers request to get an allocation. Hence my frustration. I missed the Porsche call due to sound and received their detailed voicemail. I will call them Monday.

Call your dealer and get them to show you where your car is. I have a tracking sheath that shows the progress of my car. He should have one for yours also. Ship is leaving the Port of Emden in a couple of days. I bet your car will be on that ship.
