Zubair's car looks cool--but I'm leaning toward the slightly more low key regular gray PDLS lights, which have some black accents within them.

^^^you've obviously spammed the wrong thread.....anyways....

I originally had the Black wheels spec'd then switched to the standard.....I prefered how they meshed with the Grey front splitter.....

I've been thinking of doing this but can't decide whether I like it better than stock. Played around with some photoshop to try and get an idea but it didn't help. I've got the Martini Stripes going on mine, happy to throw it out there for thoughts:

Still leaning towards the stock rims at this stage.

Can not deny the silver wheels do look really nice and crisp especially with the PCCBs which will not leave much brake dust.

But I think I like the contrast on darker cars

God I love the black headlamps especially against white exterior ...I really wish LEDs had black option? Almost makes me reconsider my choice?

Thanks for all the input. Although this has confirmed that my indecision is shared .

I've narrowed down to the first two cars /options. Either standard wheels with pdls, or black wheels with black pdls. Anyone with pics keep them coming, that helps.

Here are two pics showing the OEM stripes from the Porsche Motorsport pages. Std. Wheels are best with White IMO.

If you're ok with maintenance (I.e. Wheel cleaning) white with white wheels and some form of decals is the best IMHO. I'm doing this with my track car and just accept that they'll be a pain to keep clean, but won't look too bad with the brake dust. Otherwise I would stick to standard....

But as Macca pointed out in a post somewhere, the standard finish does chip easily, I'm not sure if black or silver is better from that perspective.

White cars and black wheels is so played out. Good luck with your choice. I like the silver on white, it pops.

Plastidip the wheels black and your finish should have some form of protection.. Not curb scraping ability by any means, but I found that the finish on my BMW's forged wheels was as new after 30k miles, and after removing the plastidip.
