Default Clear Glass Taillights opinions or photos

So I am on the fence regarding clear glass taillights. Car color is white. Saw a white GT3 with regular red taillights and it looked great. Salesman hasn't been pushy with options, but did suggest clear. Thoughts?

I think it only looks good on white and silver cars personally. But I don't really love them. Depends on the look you are going for IMHO. The more aggressive sinister look white would look great.

This option should be a zero $ option. Order it from Suncoast and you will have both sets for same price or less. Go to suncoast Porsche and see the price.

I agree order the standard lenses and just get the clear later from Suncoast.

its growing on me... at first I thought it looked silly... but this Sharks Werks pic is what brought me around. Also making me rethink my standard wheels because I think these black look sweet with the PCCB on a white car...

I think black on white with pccbs look good too....that's what I ordered for my October build. White tai lights not my personal cup of tea but would be interesting on a white or silver car.

It is certainly a personal touch. The problem if you go clear you have to buy the painted reflectors, as well, to finish the look. For me if I would of gotten PCCBs and a darker colored car I would of done it.

As much as I have given my opinions on options I really respect any ones' choices. In the end, it will be your Baby in your garage.

I have them on my Aston and I think they look fantastic on it. But they look really odd to me on the 991 for some reason. Like someone forgot something. I have a Dec. allocation and I'll be skipping them.

^ I agree with you on that and I can never figure why they look so good on the Aston.

I think without matching clears for the brake light on the spoiler and rear reflectors, the clears look sort of out-of-place.

I agree. I really looks out of place. Everybody should get the matching color red so they all look the same. Wife loves the clear tail light and thats all that matters I like it cause its different. If I was to option my car based on what other people think here are the option's I would have missed on:
1) Clear tail light. No matching reflectors. Looks out of place
2) PCCB. It's not needed. Steel is good for track
3)Lift not needed. Everybody swears you don't need it.
4)Black seat belts. Either yellow or red.
5)Blacked out head light. It looks like Panda
6) STD grey stitching. You really need red stitching to match the red calipers or yellow stitching to match PCCB. NOT.
7)PDLS light not good, Should order LED and nobody knows whats the difference.
8)Exterior color white. It's too boring. It should pop.
9)Gauges should be white or red. NOT.
10)Your turn
