However, it is a beautiful color and I can totally see why some people love it. I just went head over heels for GT silver. And in about three weeks, it will be in my hot little hands!!

I think the Sapphire looks really good on the GT3. Still, I would not order any blue on mine but I still love the way it looks. I just have other personal preferences that I did or would do next go around.
But - I will still stand by my initial statement that the 991 GT3 looks good in almost any color and I mean in pictures and live. So, I do not think any one will go wrong with any color choice.
But - the only color that still looks good dirty is GR. Had it on my Turbo a little dirty still looked fine. My white cars, never look good a little dirty

Went to Champion Porsche today and saw 991S with Aerokit in Sapphire. Car is absolutely stunning. Couldn't be more pleased with my decision to go blue!

SO true......BUT....these cars are not really of the same category. Just comparing MSRP shows us that. What is amazing is the fact that Porsche's 911 consistently over performs for what it is. Very efficient German driving machine, able to be driven daily and tracked on the weekend. Not a lot of Ferraris on the track. If Porsche really wanted to compete head-to-head with Ferrari and Lambo and McClaren they could have, if they positioned the Cayman above the 911 for development. They chose to leave the 911 on top.
