E-mail Mobil and ask who the local distributor is in your area. Then, contact that distributor, and open an account. That's what I did years ago.

Won't know until I do a change. The DFI 997 had a filter insert on top of the engine. On the 991 GT3 the filter has been moved to the bottom and I think it's a spin-on. The crush washer for the sump plug is probably the same (although there is a separate plug for the dry sump tank) but probably not the O-rings if the filter is different.
