no kidding, it is even faster with an IPE full exhaust!
Pretty much better and faster than any other car costing twice as much!
Vbox numbers tested by urs truly :
stock 0-100km/h 4.1 seconds. 100-200km/h 8.6 seconds.
IPE : 0-100km/h 3.7 seconds. 100-200km/h 8.3 seconds.
While testing against a Speciale, the Fcar costing 3 times more only managed to pull a car length ahead after 120km/h.

Car and Driver, not known for extremely fast 0-60 times, managed 3.0s 0-60mph in the 991 GT3 last year, November issue. Discussion here:

Any sound clips? I know the IPE exhaust sounded absolutely Epic on the 997.2 Carerra S. IPE has probably the best-sounding Video clips for 911 exhausts out there.

It is the BEST exhaust out there, when people know what it is, they will come begging. Its not just the sound, its the pitch, tune, power, and mute modes.
I heard titanium is in the works too, its crazy.

Great pictures. Would love to hear the exhaust note.
As for the numbers, I have not done any timed runs on my GT3, but I have performed few timed 0 to 60 runs last year on my 2013 911 4S equipped with sport Chrono & PDk and consistently got 3.8 to 3.9 seconds range. It is really very strange that you are getting slower numbers for the GT3. As I mentioned earlier I have not done any times runs in the GT3 but from the seat of the pants it feels so much faster than my 911 4S. Something is off here... Could be the type of surface where you ran these tests, and you have not indicated if you turned the traction control off or not. It may also be helpful to know how you are recording these times... Are you doing this manually using a stop watch? Just curious. Mark

Here is the iPE exhaust, they are a Taiwanese exhaust manufacturer where they learned their technology from Japan. They specialize in Loud and F1 style sounds. They sure are damn loud and very good sounding, but reviews are loss in torque for the 997 GT3s. Go to Youtube, they make exhaust for all brands.

its a full system, header, cats, and the only one with valves so its quiet when u want it be, and the stock pipe button on the dash can turn the valves on or off just like stock, and opens when rpm goes up automatically.
