Porsche is rumored to be switching to smaller turbocharged engines across the 911 line but the reasons are for ever-more stringent fuel economy and CO2 standards.

How many more threads on the same subject?

(1) Colsolidated 991 RS

(2) Stirring the pot..991RS Turbo

(3) 991 GT3 last of the N/A

and now (4) 991 RS turbo.

We might be better off if we collapsed them into one thread again, as there is just a lot of speculation and not too much in the way of fact. One Autocar article is not the definitive answer.
