What is vehicle status V210?

V210 = Change Freeze Point Reached. Generally - this means that your car is locked and no changes can longer be made, though sometimes, changes are still possible even in this status.

I didn't know about V210, but it appears you are exactly right. I thought the V250- vehicle fixed date was the option freeze date since V210 never showed up on my production schedule dates. Pretty confusing actually, but what else is new.
