Thanks - I can't wait to see them, too!
Difference on this car is that I am doing all of the custom touches via the factory - going to resist the temptation to do anything afterwards, so it is more pure and retains the info on the window sticker, so in 20 years or so when I give it to my kid(s) we can look back at its provenance. My original mission on this one was to keep it all stock, but we are doing a ton of cool customizations via Special Wishes. Going to be unique, I am told. Stay tuned...

Wow those white setbacks look great I haven't seen anything like those before, you definitely have one of the most creatively modded interior for a GT3! Definitely can't wait to see how your RS turns out!

Me, too! I am doing some fun stuff on the RS, as well as some custom stuff from another division in Porsche, as there are some limitations to what Exclusive can do, it seems I will post pictures on the RS project in the next few months...

Unfortunately I don't think the window sticker will show any of the custom details. I don't think they show paint to sample color, stitching color, or custom door label text. I've only seen the build codes for deviating stitching and custom illuminated door sill and CXX- custom tailoring (special wishes) with no reference to what it is.

I would have defiantly clicked painted seat backs if it was offered. My guy in Baton Rouge did them recently on a 996TT cabriolet.

Mind sharing the time and cost?

Default Carbon Mats

Just got some OEM carbon mats for the 991 GT3 to see what they are all about - they are actually pretty cool.
One weird thing is that when I went to order them on my RS, I was told i had to get rid of the fire extinguisher option as they were not compatible. I have the FE in my GT3, so was interested to see what the conflict was. Of course, there is no conflict. They fit just fine, as I thought they would. Anyway, cool addition, and buying them after the fact from Suncoast is actually cheaper than buying new with car...in addition to the original mats (I am doing custom mats from the factory in my RS anyway) but will enjoy this set as an option on both cars, if I wish.

JCBH - really nice pair. Your garage is sort of of what i've envisioned for my own 2 car garage at some point. Mainly the tiled floor - looks like black granite I wanted to do as well. From what I can tell it looks better than I thought - how does it handle the abuse? Any reason not to do it?

Thx - it is 18" x 18" absolute granite and has held up very well. I have the grout re-done every two or three years but it is very low maintenance and always looks great. We have had the garage finished this way for about 5 years now, and is my favorite room of the house!
