I can totally understand them dropping you for track use. If your car is damaged, how do they know it didn't occur there? Stories are made up all the time, especially if you wrecked and or destroyed your 150k car. They have no reason at all to take such a risk. Just the same as your insurance not covering you for driving a car at a racing school. Really no different.
