Default 991 GT3 coolant leakage?

Does anyone know enough about the design of the 991 GT3 engine to know if any of the problems with coolant pipe/fitting leakage in the GT1-block equipped models (996/997 - GT3, GT2, Turbo) have been designed out of the new engine?

It's an entirely new engine. Hope they don't have same issue.

I hope not either. I know a lot has changed with the new engine, lighter this, lighter that. Gone are the intermediate shafts. But I would be surprised if a lot wasn't the same. After all the Mezger GT engine was a masterpiece.

Just wondering what might be coming down the road, or track, as summer approaches and more of these cars start to populate our favorite road courses.

From what I have seen of the 9A1, I am certain this is no longer an issue. RMS is a thing of the past too, although the .2s had that pretty sealed up; no pun intended.

I am sure just like all previous cars the 991's will have their own issues but that's why we have the 4 yr warranty. They do this to get us to the dealership to order new cars. I's all planed out.
