Hate to burst your bubble, but unless you already have CA plate 'GT3' in your possession, you will not be able to get it on one of the new plates. If the program goes forward, they will not be duplicating any existing personalized or numeric sequences, and 'GT3' is already taken.

Received personalized plates for the GT3. I have them on my wife's car in the meantime.

Leigh, it's because people already know it's a GT3. At least you didn't get "Leigh GT3," because then I would be forced to make fun of you!

My only Porsche vanity plate was "4 LITER," which I ordered before the RS 4.0 came out. I remember that at the time, they wouldn't allow you to reserve the plate, so I had to temporarily put it on my 1998 Subaru Legacy winter beater.

Had "FWD SUX" on my M3 and M5, back when I was young(er) and stupid(er).

Thanks I don't feel like being flamed today I have a collection of 911 plates including MZA 911, LAX 911, and RTJ 911 that I was able to get by sucking up to the local registry office and have them pull the "911" plates from their current series. Unfortunately the province has gone to 7 digits from 6 so if I wanted to get a 911 plate to add to the collection I had to order one. I originally tried for GT3 911 so that it looked like a normal plate, but they wouldn't let me have it for some reason. So I tried for and got 911 GT3. Stupid IMO to just put another label on the car but what the heck....maybe I'll put it on my RS5 with a license plate frame that says "My other car is a"...then you can really flame me

Good one Peter. Guess I will have to try for something else or just transfer my "L8 APEX" from my tow vehicle

Bubble... Burst.

I should have mentioned that I want "gt3" in Italian. GITITRE (phonetically pronounced)
