some of us are actually not ditching our father`s duties. :P
for me rear seat matters. pretty much only street route left for me now is to drop off my daughter at her school every morning. wife drives son to his, so, I am left with one only task and need rear seats for that.
I can actually bite a bullet and finally buy this 991 crap eventually as I do not know how much time I will spend on track anyway in next 5 years if life will progress same way. there is no time for anything left in between school, tennis, music, swimming, etc. And wife looks like a she-wolf every time I mention lime rock or god forbid Watkins glen.
Or may be will put gt3 4.0 or LSx motor into my tub. It will be more fun, potentially, and some work to do over winter.

German cars, especially with the electronics the 991 has, are notoriously nightmares to put remote starts on. People do it, but expensive and hard to find. I also find it ridiculous that the last 10 years of cars for me don't have a key, but a 150k car doesn't even have keyless as an option. Unbelievable.
