Got the book. Very nice hard cover piece.
My sales rep had seen them come in but they disappeared before he could grab one for me. He suggested I call PCNA which I did last Monday. They were very helpful and sent me one first class mail (cost them $9.88) along with another brochure in a nice little case with a magnetic clasp. I was impressed......
