Rapid fire editing makes it vertiginous and unwatchable to my eyes. I guess I'm old... or old school... or something.

I suppose that style of rapid fire editing is necessary to maintain the attention of moderns raised on video games or strobe lighted hallways and Ritalin chewables.

I'm part of that generation and I hate it as well. Ever since the Matrix, that style of editing has infiltrated ever aspect of film.
