991 GT3RS owners, we want to introduce our latest offering, an OEM-style 991.2 GT3RS Wing Endplates. The process started when we noticed the OEM Wing Endplates of our 991.2 GT3RS were loose, but due to the inherent design flaw of the OEM threaded insert, the bolt securing the endplate to the wing seized to the threaded insert. We couldn't remove or tighten the OEM Wing Endplate!
No way to remove or tighten the bolt with the threaded insert just spinning freely. 3.5 hours of painstaking surgery and we finally got the Wing Endplate to free up. We could've just replaced the Wing Endplate with a replacement OEM version but were afraid the threaded insert failure would happen again in the future. So with a handy 3D scanner and a few hundred of hours of prototyping, we have released a much improved version of the 991.2 GT3RS Wing Endplate.
