Hi all!
I picked up a 991.1 gt3rs last week and have extremely enjoyed it, but after a week i noticed a small crack in my engine lid panel, im not sure if this was before i purchased it or after but i want to get it fixed.
I looked around and found out that prices are around $5k which is a bit ridiculous to me for a plastic piece, do you think i would need to replace it? Or would it be relatively easy to repair it and make it look as good as new.
That's very easily repairable. Given the finish of the paint (matte or satin), I'd do it myself. However, you can remove that lid and take it to any decent body shop to have it glued, filled and repainted, good as new for far less than $5k.

Thank you Mike, i will do it at a Porsche recommended bodyshop and post the results here for anyone with the same issue in the future!
